John Chubb Instrumentation Ltd is happy to receive orders for listed JCI instruments and services by email, by Fax or by letter.

The following arrangements will apply for purchasing JCI instruments or services:

The price of standard JCI instruments and standard services (such as formal Calibration) will be to the list of JCI Products and UK Prices applicable for the date of ordering. Formal Quotations can be provided when required.

The price for special versions of JCI instruments and for testing and consultancy work will need to be discussed and will be subject to a formal Quotation.

VAT will be charged on purchases made within the UK. EC customers need to provide their VAT number to avoid VAT charges

An order needs to include the following information:

• full name and postal addresses for invoicing and for delivery of individual, company or organisation placing the order. A contact name and telephone number helps ensure speedy and reliable delivery.
• date of order
• agreed price and delivery arrangements

The receipt of orders will be acknowledged where requested

Payment is to be made in full in Pounds Sterling within 30 days of the date of Invoicing - unless other specific payment arrangements have been agreed. Chilworth reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate 4% above Lloyds Bank Base Rate, the interest accruing daily. Payment is to be made by direct funds transfer to Chilworth Bank Account (details to be supplied on acceptance of order).

Chilworth reserves the right to require pre-payment against a Pro-forma Invoice for new customers and for customers from outside the UK. Dispatch will take place at confirmation of funds transfer.
